Commercial Sealcoating

Whether you have a smaller 10 parking space parking lot or a 400 parking spot shopping centre, Jersey Sealcoating can handle your every need. We have completed many large commercial parking areas with cleaning crack filling and sealcoating, as well as re-striping the lot with any needed markings to comply with township and fire codes. If you have a sizable lot that will require thousands of gallons of sealer we can have a tanker delivered to the lot so the mixture of the sealcoating will be consistent throughout the entire job to ensure a perfectly blended coloring of all areas of the lot.

Our process starts with cleaning and prepping any oil stains by way of burning off the surface oil stain then treating the problem area with a spot treatment chemical to help seal in the stained area.

Next, we would address any crack that needs filling by way of first cleaning the crack fully with a wire brush and a power blower. The typical size of a crack would be 3/4″ wide and 3/4″ deep, results may vary with cracks larger in size.

Then we would apply the sealer by way of spray applying the sealcoating product.

Finally once completed the process of applying the sealcoating we would then barricade the lot so no one could drive or walk onto the parking lot before it is fully cured.
